Went in for an oil change and inspection that I had an appointment for. 3 hours later they finally tell me that it’s ready. Get down the road and my low washer fluid light comes on. They signed off on the bill that they checked all fluids but in fact did not. I’m wondering now if they even changed the oil or rotated the tires. Pure Slackness! Never again!
Brought in for routine service, requested tire rotation, not performed. Low tire pressure light was on, didn't check tire pressure, how difficult can this be? Very disappointed overall. There are many other options here in town and the next service won't be here for sure.

Bought a 2011 cruse and paid almost 7000, I was assured, all problems have been fixed two days later ran hot, and all engine lights came on refused to do anything for us. Now I will get consumer affair in a lawyer involved. Worst dealership I ever dealt with. I even bought a new 23 Toyota two days later, but before the lights on the cruise came on and still had a hard time doing trade-ins. Worst dealership in the world. Service department is also terrible.
Super friendly and great about selling you a vehicle. Service, not so much. I would never buy another vehicle from them. I bought a brand new 2022 camry 6 months ago. The tire had a default. The woman at the service desk said my dealer addendum (about $2000) on the tires ran out at 10,000 miles. I then talked to the sales manager. He said my dealer addendum on the tires ran out at 12,000 miles. Took car in for 60,000 miles maintenance. After receiving my car back I notice that my steering was off. Took car back 3 times. On the 3 return visit I was told I needed an alignment. Steering was fine and I had no alignment problems until I took my car there in for my maintenance service.
Being truthful with the costumers the majority of the time. I admire the workers at the dealership.
In these very weird times of inventory shortages, I looked out of state at Scott Will Toyota to purchase a truck. Alan helped me in the process. He was absolutely amazing! Very responsive and accommodating to any questions I had. He was completely transparent and upfront with all cost | logistics issues given the current inventory. In the end I did not end up purchasing with Scott Will Toyota- I ended up getting a vehicle from my local dealer. I felt compelled to write this review because of Alans service. My experience with this dealership was the best out of all of the car purchases I have done especially with the market we are in right now with dealerships marking up new cars $5k to $15k above the MSRP. Very disappointed with my experience with the Service Department. I recently took my vehicle in for the 120k maintenance period. I received my vehicle in a timely manner at the end of the work day on Saturday, but immediately noticed my brakes were failing as I heard metal on metal scrapping. The worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. All the way from buying a new 2020 RAV4 to bringing it back multiple times to fix rattling and then having no paperwork to file the car as a lemon.
ASK for Marcel! Very friendly and professional. He was my salesman and my boy convinced me to get a Toyota when they were my least fav brand. I just bought a car from here and they were great. Bought a F250 King Ranch was told was in Great running condition no issues at all. Sent a Driver to load up the truck. Got it back to my place got in truck and went to drive it truck has engine lights has no power like the truck has no power found dipstick had been cut off so u couldn't check the oil. Called them abt the issues got hung up on and left on hold all 4 times I called. Still haven't received the title for the truck either 3 weeks later.

I have a Dodge, Toyota, and Honda that I regularly have serviced by Scott Will Toyota. Service is always exceptional from friendly service employees to trustworthy technicians. My most recent service I took my older model Honda in for a simple oil change and during their inspection the tech found some pretty serious oil leaks. The tech let me come under my car to check out the leaks for myself and take pictures for my husband. They are always upfront and honest.
My minivan dashboard showed abs, brakes, check engine, etc. I brought it to them and told them that it is not safe to drive. I told them to take the lights off. They called me the next day and suggested brake replacement, oil change, battery replacement, etc. I agreed and paid $700.03. I asked the manager if the lights are gone, and she said "it should be". If I could rate them a 0 I would. These jerks sold me a used car with a bad transmission, and messed up shocks. I had a warranty and they still refused to pay for or even help pay for what’s messed up because nothings “broken”, when their Service Manager even highly recommend that something needed to be replaced. My previous Camry was totaled during Hurricane Matthew. Loved the car and wanted another Camry. I saw XSE and loved it. Anderson Owens was extremely helpful and I was satisfied with the price I paid. Ended up getting a car I wasn't happy with because he was such a fast talker and all they wanted to do was trade it in. After the experience we had in Lugoff, I was floored by the expediency and customer service offered by Chris and Brian at Scott Will Toyota. It was night and day. They met our price without all the haggling. Not only did Will Scott Toyota give us a killer deal on a new RAV4, they delivered the vehicle 2 plus hours to my work where we could sign the papers. If you dont want to waste your time, bypass Scott Will Toyota/Mazda in Sumter, SC. A Mazda vehicle was advertised at a price around 29,500. The sales person had written up a quote based on the advertised price; credit score was not an problem; crerdit is excellent. I was told the deal was solid to include trade in. The salesmen and their superiors are a big joke, to say the least. They are not at all interested in selling vehicles as much as they are in getting the numbers. They don't care about the customer at all. Their attitudes and mentality are representative of Sumter and other pocketed areas of this state.
